Why TV still shines in a world of screens Liz Hover

It's surely no surprise that the debate over the TV/internet battle continues apace.

'TV is dead' we hear. Uh-uh.

Not according to this article from The New York Times which says TV viewing figures are stronger than ever.

And herein lies one of the most important facts. According to The New York Times' Randall Stross, "As enamored as advertisers are with the interactive potential of digital advertising, they know that online is a complement to offline, not its replacement."

We always knew that the TV and internet could happily co-exist. And that they could welcome many other screens to the consumption family such as mobile.

We don't want one to replace another. I believe people like you and me want choice and flexibility.
