Roberta Munroe, former Sundance short film programmer and author of the excellent book How Not to Make a Short Film,
is coming to Winnipeg to present a workshop in November. The event is
co-hosted by Canada's National Screen Institute and Film Training Manitoba.
Roberta will present a day-long workshop aimed at first-time short filmmakers and also filmmakers with a film or two already under their belts.
Her book How Not to Make a Short Film is a must-read for short filmmakers.
The Winnipeg workshop in November will cover topics including script, casting, production and distribution.
