If you're a filmmaker that wants to work with ACTRA but think it all
sounds a bit complicated and full of paperwork, check out an upcoming
Toronto seminar on September 26 which
will guide you through the simple steps to working with ACTRA.
The seminar takes place on Saturday, Sept. 26 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the National Film Board of Canada, Atelier Room, 150 John Street, Toronto, ON.

You'll hear from ACTRA folks including Karen Woolridge, a steward in ACTRA's independent production department; filmmaker/actress Jani Lauzon, co-chair of ACTRA Toronto's diversity committee; Tasso Lakas, Toronto indie productions coordinator; and Indra Escobar, senior advisor, independent and broadcast production.
If you want to attend, please contact Jani Lauzon.
The seminar is co-presented by ACTRA Toronto, imagineNATIVE Film + Media Arts Festival and the Canadian Black Film Festival.
