NSI mourns the loss of
Less Than Kind’s
Maury Chaykin.
Maury had a very successful career in Canada and the United States with memorable roles in
Whale Music,
Dances with Wolves,
The Sweet Hereafter,
Blindness and
Entourage among others. He was a Genie and Gemini award winner.
For the past two seasons he played Sam Blecher on
HBO Canada’s
Less Than Kind, developed through
NSI Totally Television by Chris Sheasgreen and Marvin Kaye.
Our thoughts are with Maury’s family and friends and the cast and crew of
Less Than Kind.
