Personal statement
Director Clara McBride says:
"Last Stop for Miles
started out as a one-act play and has since been adapted into a full-length screenplay. The 6-minute short is an excerpt of what will someday be a feature film. The short was shot entirely on location in Whitehorse, Yukon during a bitter cold snap in November 2006 with temperatures fluctuating between twenty and thirty below.
Despite the frigid outdoor shoots the cast and crew worked hard and wrapped a few hours ahead of schedule. We continue to work toward making the feature film version of Last Stop for Miles
a reality."
