Calling all Sundance filmmakers

If you're a filmmaker preparing for a trip to Sundance or Slamdance in January, Scott Macauley, editor at Filmmaker Magazine, wants to hear from you.

He wants filmmakers to keep him informed about all their publicity and distribution efforts - especially if you're doing stuff that's unconventional. He's asking for links to Twitter feeds, blogs, RSS updates, etc.

Chris Thilk from Movie Marketing Madness says:
"Honestly, this is a no-brainer. Not only should you, if you’re an independent filmmaker or producer who’s going to be appearing at either of these festivals, be *doing* all these things (Twitter, Facebook, blogging) but you also want to make sure you’re taking advantage of promotions like this from Filmmaker Magazine that will bring a new level of awareness – and targeted awareness at that – to those efforts."
