Congratulations to producer Hugh Patterson and writer Todd McCauley whose NSI Features First-developed project SuperGrid has begun production.

Trinni Franke (NSI Features First) is also onboard the project as co-producer and Lowell Dean is directing.

SuperGrid is on track to be a completely Saskatchewan-based production with all prep, shooting and post-production taking place in and around Regina. Hugh addressed this in a news release, saying that “to produce a movie with local crew and an exciting cast in my hometown is a huge win.”

In SuperGrid, a young smuggler is forced to make a run on the road that took the life of his younger sister.
