Karen Lam scores gig as series director on Very Bad Men

Karen Lam (NSI Drama Prize, NSI Totally Television) is the series director for an investigative docu-crime series called Very Bad Men for Investigative Discovery Channel in the US.

The series is produced by showrunner Lynn Booth and Make Believe Media in Vancouver and profiles and investigates serial killers, rapists, sociopaths and other very bad men, and premieres this September.

Karen also boasts invites to Etheria Film Festival and 2012 Dragon*Con Independent Short Film Festival for her short film The Stolen.

    It’s wonderful that we now have a tv series devoted to celebrating the accomplishments of rapists and murderers.

      The series airs on American channel Investigative Discovery, with a second window in Canada. The channel focuses on different angles of true crime, and subscription-based. It isn’t for everyone, and in fact, a program and channel that must be specially-ordered for those who are interested.
