From critics to cooks to waiters to patrons, this short documentary serves up a dish of a city that boasts more restaurants per capita than any other urban centre than you can shake a carving knife at: 850 restaurants. It’s a Winnipeg phenomenon.
Watch Marion Warhaft, restaurant reviewer for the Winnipeg Free Press, take us into the lively, delicious and sometimes aching bowels of the Winnipeg restaurant world.
